- Steam and Sauna baths These baths open the pores on the skin and promote elimination of toxin from the body. They also enhance the blood circulation. It is believed that this treatment is useful for weight loss.
- Steam inhalation This is the most commonly used natural therapy to ease the chest congestion in asthma or bronchitis. It dilates the mucus and triggers expectoration. Hydrotherapy is believed to be the simplest way of de-stressing the body. That's the reason why our ancestors used to take a bath after a long and tiring working day.
